Dress Code

We kindly ask that you and your guests adhere to our Dress Code below on the course and in the clubhouse. Failure to do so may result in not being allowed on to the course.

Golf attire has changed over the recent years with player comfort out on the course being a primary factor. Generally, the dress code below is from the guidance of England Golf and the PGA and is reflective of what is seen to be worn by professionals.

On the course

-No denim, cargo pants/shorts, tracksuit bottoms/joggers, football/rugby shirts or shorts
-Shorts must be tailored
-Shirts must be tucked in
-Collarless t-shirts must be golf specific apparel (i.e. not general t-shirt)
- Hoodied tops must be golf specific
-Golf shoes are required - either spiked, soft spikes or flat (not training shoes)

In the Clubhouse

We have relaxed, smart/casual dress code. It is not usually necessary to change after your round, unless clothing/shoes are muddy or dirty.

- Spikes are not allowed in the Clubhouse (except chnaging areas)
-Caps are not permitted in the bars

ETIQUETTE

Priority on the course is determined by a group’s pace of play. It is a group’s responsibility to keep up with the group in front. If it loses a clear hole and it is delaying the group behind, it should invite the group behind to play through, irrespective of the number of players in that group.

Greenkeepers always have priority until indicated it is safe to play.

Players in competitions will be allowed priority.

Please replace divots and repair pitch marks.

Please arrive in plenty of time to tee off at your booked time. Failure to do so may require you to wait until a space is available.
